for the purchase of entrance tickets to the Museum Epoch (Museum of Epochs)

LLC "SFD" (TIN 7 814 831 568, PSRN 1 237 800 140 820, registered address: 197 348, St. Petersburg, Generala Khrulyova Str. 14, bldg. 3, lit. A, office 204) (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") publishes this public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") on the website epohimuseum.ru and invites visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to purchase an entrance ticket to the Museum Epoch on the following terms:

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer constitutes the official proposal of the Provider and contains all essential terms for the acquisition of the service of visiting the Museum Epoch.
1.2. Pursuant to sub-clause 2 of Article 437 and sub-clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Buyer’s acceptance of the Offer is equivalent to entering into a contract on its terms.
1.3. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer makes payment for the service through the online payment system on the website.

2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Buyer with the service of an entrance ticket to the Museum Epoch (hereinafter — the "Service"). The Buyer undertakes to pay for it in the amount, manner and within the time-limits set forth in this Offer.
2.2. The Service is carried out as follows: the Buyer pays online, after which the Buyer receives an electronic receipt/check to the specified e-mail. Then the Buyer presents this receipt to the museum’s ticket office employee and receives a physical entrance ticket.
2.3. The entrance ticket grants the right to a single visit to the museum upon presentation of the receipt.

3. Price and Payment Procedure
3.1. The cost of the Service is indicated on the website at the time of ticket selection.
3.2. Payment is made online via the payment service. After payment is received, the Buyer receives an electronic receipt to the e-mail.
3.3. Dispatch or mailing of the physical ticket is not provided — the ticket is issued upon presentation of the receipt at the museum’s ticket office.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Provider undertakes to:

• ensure the possibility of visiting the museum under the conditions specified when placing the order;
• exchange the receipt for a physical ticket at the museum’s ticket office upon presentation by the Buyer.
• 4.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
• provide accurate information when making payment;
• retain the receipt until the moment of receiving the physical ticket;
• arrive at the museum in a timely manner and present the receipt at the ticket office.
• 4.3. The Buyer confirms that he/she has reviewed the museum’s visitor rules and agrees to abide by them.

5. Refunds and Amendments to the Service
5.1. The conditions for refunding or amending the Service are determined by the museum’s rules posted on the website.
5.2. If refund or exchange of the Service is provided, the Buyer may apply at the museum’s ticket office or via the contacts listed on the website.

6. Liability and Force-Majeure
6.1. The parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The Provider shall not be liable for failure to fulfil obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its control (force-majeure).
6.3. Force-majeure includes fires, floods, earthquakes, power outages and other circumstances which the parties could neither foresee nor overcome.

7. Term of the Offer
7.1. The Offer enters into force upon its publication on the website epohimuseum.ru and remains in effect until it is withdrawn or amended by the Provider.
7.2. The Provider reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Offer and/or withdraw it by posting the relevant notice on the website.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from the contract shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. The language of the contract is Russian.
8.3. If any provision of this Offer is found invalid, it shall not affect the remaining provisions.
