2. Ticket RefundsThe ticket refund procedure is governed by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
- A visitor has the right to refuse the visit and return the paid ticket before the date of the visit.
- Refunds are available upon preservation of the document confirming purchase (electronic mail, receipt or payment voucher).
- The ticket cost will be refunded within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the visitor submits a refund request.
- Refunds are made minus any fees charged by payment systems.
- After the date indicated on the ticket, a refund of funds is not possible.
3. Cancellation of the ServiceThe visitor’s right to refuse the service is governed by Article 32 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
- A visitor may withdraw from participation in an event or from visiting the exhibition at any time, having notified the museum in advance.
- In the case of partial provision of the service (for example, participation in a tour, master class, lecture) the visitor shall pay a portion of the cost proportional to the volume of service already provided.
- If the visitor discovers deficiencies in the service provided (e.g., cancellation or significant change of the program without notice), he or she has the right to demand:
- correction of the deficiencies free of charge;
- reduction of the cost of the service;
- refund of the amount paid.
