By submitting a request on the website epohimuseum.ru (hereinafter — the “Website”), the user (hereinafter — “User”) gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — “Consent”).
Acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User grants LLC «SFD», registered at St. Petersburg, Birzhevaya Square 2, South Pavilion of the Exchange, for the processing of their personal data under the following terms:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both by automated and non-automated means.
2. The Consent covers the processing of the following personal data of the User:

• personal data that are not special or biometric: contact phone numbers;
• e-mail addresses;
• user data (information about location; OS type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source of arrival at the Website; referring site or advertisement; language of OS and browser; which pages the User opens and which buttons they click; IP address).

1. The personal data are not publicly available.
2. The purposes of processing the personal data:

• handling incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing consultation;
• analytics of User actions on the Website and ensuring correct operation of the Website;
• conducting advertising and news mailings.

1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:

• Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
• Article 6 of Federal Law No 152-FZ “On Personal Data”;
• the Charter of LLC «SFD»;
• this Consent to the processing of personal data.

1. In the course of processing personal data, the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
2. Personal data are processed until the User unsubscribes from advertising and news mailings. Also, processing of personal data may be terminated at the User’s request. Records on paper are stored in accordance with Federal Law No 125-FZ “On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation” and other archival legislation.
3. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by submitting a written application to the e-mail address epohimuseum@yandex.ru or to the address given above.
4. In case the User withdraws their consent, LLC «SFD» may continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if there are grounds provided by paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
5. This Consent remains valid for the duration of the processing of the personal data indicated in clauses 7 and 8 hereof.
