Museum Visitor Regulations

These regulations are mandatory for all visitors and are intended to ensure order, safety, and high-quality service.

Visitor Responsibilities
  • Treat museum buildings, exhibits, and equipment with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and public order.
  • Follow these regulations and comply with instructions from museum staff.
  • Enter through the turnstile only upon presenting a ticket granting admission to the museum.
  • Tickets may be purchased at the museum ticket office. If paid for on the museum’s website, visitors must present the payment receipt to the administrator/cashier to receive an admission ticket.
  • Tickets allow only one entry into the museum.
  • Retain your ticket until the end of your visit and present it upon request by the administration.
  • In the event of smoke, fire, or any situation that may affect visitor safety or the museum complex, immediately inform museum staff.
  • Immediately inform museum staff if any unattended items or suspicious objects are discovered.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Observe generally accepted norms of morality and conduct appropriate for public spaces.
Group Visits
  • Guided tours for organized groups are provided upon prior request specifying the date, time, theme, and number of participants.
  • Group bookings must be arranged by phone at +7 (921) 429-24-44 during museum opening hours.
  • Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring children understand and follow museum rules.
  • If a group arrives more than 30 minutes late for a scheduled tour, the service may be denied if other tours are already underway.
Visitors Are Not Allowed To:
  • Enter the museum in outerwear.
  • Bring large items exceeding 50×50×30 cm beyond the turnstile. Such items must be placed in the cloakroom. Handheld items must be carried in hand or stored in the cloakroom to avoid damaging the model.
  • Be inside the museum without proper clothing or footwear.
  • Leave umbrellas of any size, toys, flowers, or balloons in the cloakroom.
  • Pass through the turnstile without a ticket.
  • Enter staff-only areas without permission.
  • Bring in food, or clothing and bags that may soil visitors or museum property.
  • Consume any beverages brought from outside (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
  • Enter while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or toxic substances.
  • Bring in or carry animals of any kind.
  • Smoke or use electronic smoking devices.
  • Damage any exhibit or equipment, or enter restricted technical/model areas.
  • Run inside the museum premises.
  • Fight, insult museum employees, or disturb other visitors.
  • Use scooters, skateboards, roller skates, bicycles, or similar devices.
  • Use museum areas for commercial, advertising, or other activities without written permission from the administration.
  • Interrupt or comment on a guide's explanations, argue with them, or otherwise interfere with excursions.
  • Record guided tours or educational programs with video equipment. Video recording is prohibited to protect intellectual property.
  • Remain in the museum after closing time.
  • Leave personal belongings unattended. The museum is not responsible for lost items.
Visitor Rights
Visitors have the right to:
  • Use photo and video equipment for personal, non-commercial photography.
  • Use the museum café, gift shop, and play area.
  • Use stepping platforms provided for a better view of the model without leaning over it.
  • View the model and exhibitions and take photos and videos from outside the model’s protective barriers.
  • Leave feedback through the electronic feedback system.
  • Participate in contests, promotions, and other events held in the museum.
  • Learn about additional services.
  • Ask museum staff for assistance or consultation.
Museum Administration Reserves the Right To:

  • Change the museum’s opening hours.
  • Use materials filmed in the museum — including photos and videos featuring visitors — for any purpose, including commercial use. By purchasing a ticket, visitors consent to photo and video recording. Visitors also confirm they have the legal right to grant permission for the use of images of their minor children attending the museum with them.
  • Conduct and regulate guided tour activities on museum premises. Organized tours may only be conducted by museum staff or certified guides from partner organizations.
  • Conduct video surveillance on the museum grounds and in indoor areas for security purposes. The video surveillance policy is available in the museum lobby.
  • Regulate visitor flow and limit access to the museum complex when necessary.
  • Remove visitors who violate these regulations without refund of admission or any other services. In applicable cases, such individuals may be detained and transferred to law enforcement authorities.
In any matters not covered by these regulations, visitors must follow generally accepted norms of morality and the rules of conduct in public places.
